my 1st valentine's flowers...

came with an engagement ring
then came marriage, children and now grandchildren

i am glad i am married.  gordon is my best friend,
my #1 fan in all i do and the only love i have known.

i am glad i have parented but the parenting has sometimes been tough.
raising 5 children has given me much happiness, along with many sleepless nights.

but being a grandmother it is the prize.  it is the icing on the cake.  it is the cherry on top.

my life "i wouldn't change a thing"

then and now

chalkboard flower pots

3 inexpensive clay pots {different sizes]
3 clay saucers to match
chalkboard paint
leftover house paint
3 plants
chalk {to write your message}
tip: do not paint below the rim on the inside plants don't like it
change what you write when ever just wipe and write

HOME = LOVE

my blog is getting a facelift, please don't mind the mess as we tweak it

  1. LOVE this project! I am going to do a stack of them all at once... they'd make cute little gifts. Off to find the supplies today I hope!
